Kyokushin karate Adults
For our karate classes we teamed up with an established value in Antwerp: Ichidai Dojo.
With a team of 4 head-teachers and 10 assistant-teachers they can assure that every class is professionally taught.
Adult classes are 4 times a week and cover all concepts of Kyokushin: Physique, Technique, Kata and Kumite.
Kyokushin karate kids
For our karate classes we teamed up with an established value in Antwerp: Ichidai Dojo.

Kids classes are 3 times a week and cover all concepts of Kyokushin: Physique, Technique, Kata and Kumite.
The classes are divided into 5 age groups to provide maximum attention from the teachers. Ages range between 3, 5 and 14.
Thai boxing
Discover the essence of Thai boxing in our Muay Thai class.
Perfect for all skill levels, this session focuses on mastering the art of strikes, defense, and agility.
ENGLISH BOXING
Learn the basics of classic boxing and evolve into a pro during our one hour English boxing class.
Taught by our professional boxing instructor Miguel.
Brazilian jiu-jitsu
Dive into the world of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in our specialized classes. This martial art focuses on ground fighting and submission holds, emphasizing technique and strategy over brute strength. Our BJJ program is designed for a range of skill levels, offering a comprehensive exploration of grappling techniques, control positions, and defensive strategies.
Attendees of our BJJ classes will learn the importance of leverage and skill, understanding how to apply locks, chokes, and holds effectively. Ideal for self-defense, physical fitness, and mental resilience, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu teaches valuable lessons both on and off the mat.
Grappling
Explore the dynamic world of grappling in our focused sessions. This discipline, a cornerstone of martial arts, centers on clinches, holds, and groundwork, championing skillful maneuvering over sheer force. Our grappling program caters to various levels, providing an in-depth look at wrestling techniques, positioning, and escapes.
Participants will grasp the essence of controlling an opponent through effective grips and submissions, perfect for enhancing self-defense capabilities, physical conditioning, and mental toughness. Grappling offers crucial insights for navigating challenges, both in physical confrontations and life’s daily struggles.

Force High Intensity Interval Training.
Combining cardio, power and elements of Crossfit in a 1 hour circuit training course.
Suited for beginners and advanced athletes.
Flexology
Combining flexibility with yoga. Flexology will make you more flexible and relaxed as a fighter but will also cater to the general public where non-martial artists can work on their body balance, flexibility and mindset.

Who are we?
After being in the martial arts world for almost three decades and having run his own Kyokushin Dojo since 2009, Sebastien Mortreuil had a vision to create the first Martial Arts Gym in the center of Antwerp.
With a background in English boxing Miguel Toro had exactly that same vision. Sebastien and Miguel teamed up and created Force together in the north of Antwerp.
Today Force operates with over 15 coaches and trainers in various martial arts and fitness classes.
